Soup of the day : 萝卜海鲜汤

原料：
白萝卜，鲜虾，香菇，海带，牡蛎，枸杞

做法：
1。白萝卜去皮，切小块。香菇泡发，切块。水发海带，泡发，切条。
2。鲜虾去壳。
3。水煮沸，下白萝卜，香菇，海带。中火煮20分钟。
4。加入鲜虾，牡蛎，枸杞。煮至虾肉变红。
5。最后加精盐调味。

功效：
此汤滋补强身，补气益胃，降压降脂。

PS：味道很鲜，不错喝哦。。

1y2m : 逛公园

宝贝开始会走路时，正是深圳的冬天（不知道为什么，今年特别的冷）。这天看太阳特别好，就决定带宝贝去公园走走，晒晒太阳。

由于这是宝贝会走后第一次到公园去，她显得特别兴奋呢！这里走走；那里看看。。还会跟着别人走，停下来看看他们在干什么。。到处都很新鲜。。

因为是冷冬，怕宝贝着凉，妈咪我帮她穿了好多衣，还有羽绒外套。。穿着厚厚的衣服，宝贝又刚会走路，一摇一摆的。。很可爱。。像是好奇的小企鹅第一次出门。。

1y1m : First step

My girl pulls to stand and starts cruising very early, before she's 9 months old. Therefore, many has said she'll walk before she is 1. However, when she turned 1, she's still down crawling on the floor and still not standing without support. In fact, she refused to learn standing and walking. Whenever we left her to stand by her own or holding her so that she learned to walk, she'll bend her legs and squat.

Then, i started to get worry. I know it's normal that a baby still doesn't walk at 1, but since she mastered those motor skills earlier, according to development chart, she should have stepped out.
Then, a month later after her 1st birthday, she starts holding our hand and want us to walk along with her, round and round the house, from bedroom to living room to kitchen....She starts to feel the joy of walking. Then we found she actually could walk very well and steady by her own, but she just feeling unsecured and not yet ready.

Practising...

Finally, on 22/12/2010 (冬至）, also a day before my birthday, my darling girl stands up and stepped out her 1st step without requesting any help. It was a great birthday gift to me! Then, i understand, she aware if she tried when she is not ready, she'll fell and hurt. (all the way, she's a careful type, she'll request help if she feel unsecured). Therefore, when she finally stepped out, she could walk a long distance steadily without falling as if she has mastered it long time ago.

我好像胖咯。。不是啦。。因为很冷，妈咪帮我穿很多。。

1y1m : Christmas

Caryl is only a month old on her 1st Christmas, so basically she knows nothing. On her 2nd Christmas (25 Dec 2010), we were at SZ. It's really freezing on the day. We had a dinner with friends at a nearby cafe. My darling seems to be excited.

My 31

Celebrated my 31st birthday on 23 Dec last year in SZ with beloved hubby and bb. And yes, i only have time to post it in the blog 5 months later....Sigh!

 

Compared to my girl 1st birthday on Oct, my darling seems to aware on whats going on when we celebrating. Though, it was a simple celebration, but still have to thank to hubby for the cake. It's really nice to have both my beloved celebrating with me.

Caryl @ 1 year old

~ as @ 10/11/2010, weight : 7.6kg (slightly under weight) height : 74cm

~ due to teething don't really eat much.

~ skinny

~ cheddar cheese is her only favorite.

~ has total of 8 teeth.

~ a real friendly girl, love to smile even to stranger and love to be with kids especially those at her age
~ playful, energetic girl
~ loves singing and dancing, favorite MV is Wonder Girls "Nobody" and favorite cartoon is "喜洋洋"

~ not yet walking on her own, refused to learn actually

~ understand more and more words, learning to speak

~ very characteristic, have own preference, knowing what she wants and what is not, unforceable

~ hanging around with me all the time, if i'm off her sight, she'll keep mumbling 'mummy mummy mummy' then'll start crying

~ mummy for eat and sleep, papa for 'kaikai' and play but mummy have to be around all the time

*had MMR at the Muar government poli on 24/11/10. Thank god her weight had increase for 200g ie 7.8kg (still under weight though).

*had vaccination for chicken pox and pnuemococcol booster dos at the clinic on 4/12/10 (a day before we back to SZ).

1y : 剪头发咯。。

自满月剃光头，宝贝还没理过头呢。。

2010年10月，宝贝满一岁了，是该理一理咯。。

妈咪带她到在外婆家同一个Taman的家庭式理发院。。

帮她理发的是跟满月时帮她剃头的同一个auntie。。

出发咯。。

准备。。要剪了。。

但是宝贝为什么苦笑呢？？

担心auntie剪坏了？

乖乖坐着让auntie剪。。

妈咪，救我。。

还没好吗?

宝贝快哭了。。

眼眶红了，但不敢哭呢，只敢扁嘴。。

拍完这张，宝贝再也忍不住，掉泪了。。

还好剪完了，auntie手一离开，她马上站起来向我扑过来。。

毕竟第一次，宝贝表现算不错咯。。

肯乖乖让auntie剪。。

宝贝，你很棒哦。。

Dinner by Penang seaside

Someday during our trip back (Oct 2010), we had dinner by the seaside with friends. It is located somewhere around Penang Island industrial zone. It's a nice, quiet and peaceful place for couple and friends for gathering.
